These terms apply to your use of this website and the customer portal operated by ALWAYS COOL LLC, a Florida company (Florida Certified Mechanical Contractor, License CMC1251604). By using the website you agree to them.

Service requests

Sending a request through this website does not create an appointment or a contract. An appointment exists only after we confirm it with you directly. Any work is governed by the written estimate, invoice or agreement we provide for that job.

Service visits and repairs

Service and diagnostic visits have a charge, which we confirm with you before the visit is scheduled or dispatched. The charge can vary with location, travel and time; additional charges may apply outside regular hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time), including emergency visits. Being within our service area does not guarantee immediate arrival, and travel is not free unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Repairs and additional work are quoted separately and are performed only after you approve them. Parts, materials and repairs are not included in the visit charge unless an offer we have approved in writing says so.

Website content

The information on this website is general and may change. It is not a quote, and it does not replace an on-site evaluation of your equipment or property.

Customer portal

Portal access is personal. Keep your sign-in links private and tell us right away at alwayscoolflorida@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Electronic signatures

You can approve an estimate or invoice in the customer portal by drawing your signature and typing your full name. You agree that this electronic signature has the same effect as your handwritten signature on that document, and that we keep it with the document as a record. If you prefer to sign on paper, contact us before approving.

Text messages (SMS)

ALWAYS COOL LLC sends text messages only to people who opted in, for example with the optional box on our service request form. Messages are about your request, appointments and service: replies, visit coordination, appointment confirmations and job updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Opting in is not a condition of service.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we will confirm and send no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact alwayscoolflorida@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with the website, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ALWAYS COOL LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website itself. This does not limit any rights you have under the agreement for work we perform or under Florida law.
