Is there a charge for a service visit?
Yes. A service and diagnostic visit has a charge, and we confirm the amount with you before we schedule or dispatch the visit. It can vary with the location and travel, the time of the visit, the type of equipment and the scope of the diagnosis. Additional charges may apply outside regular hours.
What does the diagnostic visit include?
During the visit we inspect the equipment, look for the cause of the problem and explain what we found and what we recommend. Parts, materials and repairs are not part of the visit charge.
Will you repair the system during the same visit?
Only if you approve it. After the diagnosis we explain the repair and its price. No repair or additional work is done without your approval, and larger jobs receive a written estimate.
My air conditioning or refrigeration stopped working. What should I do?
Call us at (941) 207-0290 — emergency service is available 24/7. Before we dispatch anyone we confirm when we can attend and the visit charge, including any additional charge outside regular hours. Availability depends on the day, the time and the work already scheduled, so we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time.
What are your hours?
Regular service hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Emergency service is available 24/7 by phone. Additional charges may apply outside regular hours. Online requests are reviewed during regular hours.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, North Port, Englewood, Parrish, Tampa, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach) and Longboat Key. Nearby areas may also be served. Call to confirm availability. Being in our service area does not guarantee immediate arrival, and the visit charge can vary with location and travel.
Does sending the form book an appointment?
No. The form sends us your request. A visit is booked only after we contact you, agree on the details with you and confirm the appointment. For urgent problems, calling is the fastest way to reach us.
Do you work on homes and businesses?
Yes. We work on residential and commercial air conditioning, ductless mini-split systems, commercial refrigeration and ductwork, including maintenance and repairs.
Are you licensed?
Yes. ALWAYS COOL LLC works under Florida Certified Mechanical Contractor license CMC1251604. You can verify it on the Florida DBPR website, myfloridalicense.com.
