About us
ALWAYS COOL LLC
ALWAYS COOL LLC is a Florida company based in Sarasota. We work on air conditioning and refrigeration for homeowners, business owners and property managers.
What we do
Our work covers six areas: residential air conditioning, commercial air conditioning, mini-split systems, commercial refrigeration, ductwork, maintenance & repairs. Depending on the service, that includes installation, maintenance, repair and replacement.
How we work
Every job starts with a call or a request. We confirm the details and the visit charge with you, and only then schedule the visit. After the diagnosis we explain what we found; repairs and additional work are quoted and done only with your approval. If you have questions at any point, call us at (941) 207-0290 or write to alwayscoolflorida@gmail.com.
Customers with an active job can use the customer portal to see the status of their requests and documents.
